Your licence key

Your key is in the email that came with your purchase. Paste it once, on each of your own machines. There is no account to create and no password to keep. If the email is gone, ask for it again from the account page at hooey.ai/account.

The first launch

macOS

Code signing and Apple notarisation are being set up. Until then macOS blocks the first launch and says it cannot verify the app. Open System Settings, go to Privacy and Security, and click Open Anyway next to Hooey. You only do this once. The older right-click and Open shortcut no longer works: Apple removed it in macOS 15 Sequoia.

Windows

Publisher signing is being set up. Until then SmartScreen may warn about an unknown publisher. Choose More info and then Run anyway to install.
